Property Valuation for Insurance Purposes - a Detached House in Lipovec Damaged in a Storm

The aim of my diploma thesis is to establish the expenditure on house insurance in a particular case, namely on a detached house in a village called Lipovec. The fundamental terms, which one has to be familiar with to understand the issues of the thesis, are illuminated in the introduction. The theoretical part is dedicated to the methods of evaluation and procedures focused on insurance business and evaluation. The particular area and the detached house are described in the practical part. Procedures stated in the theoretical part are used for conducting a survey of the particular case. Firstly, the value of the object before an insurance event (a hurricane, for instance) will be calculated. Secondly, the expenditure on refurbishment of the damaged features of the house will be calculated. Finally, considering the cost of refurbishment, the value of the object will be evaluated again. The diploma thesis might be used as an exemplary piece of work. Furthermore, it provides a reader with a deep insight into its issues.

Investment plan for town Tábor

This bachelor thesis addresses the theme of Tabor´s investment plan. The theoretical part addresses investments and investment decisions. Furthermore the terms of public contract, the contracting authority and the subsidy are defined. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to the management of the town and municipalities, their development and sustainable development. The practical part characterizes the town of Tabor, describes specific investments and financing. Impact assessment of investments on municipality development is at the end.

Production of cold forging parts

A project developed during a magister´s study of a program M-STM Mechanical engineering and industrial management brings in a proposal of a technology of cold forging part out of 12 040 steel. The forging on a multi-stage processual automatic machine TPZK 25 with nominal forming power 5000 kN was projected based on consultations, study of literary resources a calculations.

Bachelor thesis is targeted on the economical situation of the town Hranice,. It evaluates if municipal funding is being used effectively. It defines municipal and some of state authorities. It is explaining problems, which are causing indepthness of Czech municipalities and cities. In conclusion this bachelor work is also targeting to create suggestions which will improve current situation of town Hranice. These suggestions should improve financial situation of the town and also it’s affluence.

Bachelor thesis „Evaluation of the financial situation of the city and proposals for its improvement“ deals with the management of the city Hluk in the year 2009 – 2013. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical basis of the work, which define the basic concepts of management of the municipality. The following section involves a brief characteristics of the city Hluk, SWOT analysis of the city and budget analysis of each year during the observed period. In the third part of this thesis I try to propose measures that would reduce spending or increase the city budget.
